Europress Distributors make use of Australian Post for delivering subscriptions in Australia. Please, refer to the Australian Post website http://www.auspost.com.au for further information on delivering practice and delivering times.

Where possible lost issues will be replaced or subscription extended.

Refunds and Return policy

Refund is available only in the following cases:

• Publication is no longer published.
• For reason out of our control, we are not able to fulfil your order

Remaining credit can be transferred to an alternative publication or refunded. We will contact subscribers should this occurs.
